Professor Nan Zhang is an expert in polymer micro/nano engineering. He specializes in precision fabrication of polymeric microfluidics, functional surfaces and medical devices, and atomic scale manufacturing. He has more than 50 reviewed peer reviewed papers, including 26 journal publications.He was the chair of PRN2019, the 6th annual international conference on polymer replication on the nanoscale.

Michael Gilchrist is Full Professor of Mechanical Engineering. His research concerns the dynamic mechanical behaviour of non-linear materials, including both biological tissue and polymer materials. This has applications relevant to micro-injection moulding of polymers, and precision manufacturing processes for polymers. He has been lead PI on in excess of €10 million of competitively won research funding.

Professor Wenxin Wang is a biologist and polymer chemist. His work is related to the life sciences applications of nanomaterials, specifically drug development. As a serial entrepreneur who has founded three companies and sold one of them, he has extensive knowledge and a network of connections in multiple industries.
